Acceptable Use Policy

This policy supplements the Terms of Service and tells you what you may and may not do with bouncyboobs.

You must

• Only submit email addresses you lawfully possess. Consent under UK/EU GDPR or a documented legitimate interest is required for every address you upload.
• Use the verification results only to clean lists you yourself intend to send to, not to enrich or trade contact data on others.
• Respect rate limits and quotas. Excessive parallelism that risks our SMTP probe being throttled by upstream providers is prohibited.

You must not

• Submit lists scraped from public sources without a lawful basis, purchased from third-party vendors of dubious provenance, or otherwise obtained without consent.
• Use bouncyboobs as part of a credential stuffing, account enumeration, or harassment campaign.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, quota enforcement, or other security controls.
• Resell raw verification results or expose the API to third parties outside your own organisation without a separate agreement.
• Use the service to send unsolicited email or to identify recipients for spam.

Enforcement

Suspected violations may result in suspension or termination of your account at our discretion, with no refund. We may report material violations to the relevant authorities.
