Terms of Service

By creating an account or using bouncyboobs (the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account and pricing

Pricing and quotas are listed on the pricing page. Verifications consume your monthly quota; usage that exceeds your plan is rate-limited until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

Acceptable use

You may only submit email addresses you lawfully possess — addresses for which you have consent or a documented legitimate interest under UK/EU data protection law. You warrant a lawful basis for every list you upload. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service levels

bouncyboobs is offered without a contractual SLA at this stage. We target 99.9% availability and will publish an SLA when revenue justifies the operational commitment.

Termination and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the period already paid for is not refunded except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

bouncyboobs is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
